Service Description
Enjoy the benefits of skillfully applied pressure and deep relaxation. During this session we can explore foot and/or facial reflexology [your choice] with the intention of listening to your body's cues and moving in the direction of WELL BEING. Your incredible body is connected in more ways than we may ever know. In terms of reflexology the matrix engaged is the nervous system. Your entire body, inside + out is represented by nerve endings in your extremities [feet, hands, ears + head.] Reflex therapy facilitates the innate healing ability of the body through applying pressure to reflex zones + points. Inspiring shifts are often the result. Reflex therapy works with the body, it does not force the body to do anything.
Cancellation Policy
Please note: PAYMENT INFORMATION This is required at booking. If you have selected to pay at your session, you will not be charged and you do not have to use this card to complete payment. Entering your information acts as your session place holder and will only be charged in the event you are late to cancel your session as per below. CANCELLATION Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged in full for that session. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing me at amie@amieyoung.ca or selecting the cancel/reschedule option in your confirmation email.
