Reiki Level One | Introduction

Welcome to your introduction to Usui Reiki Ryoho [The Usui System of Natural Healing] During the online portion of this course you will be introduced to the history and origins of this profound practice. You will meet your lineage and begin to understand how Reiki works as well as when and how to apply it. We will touch on an energy system you may be familiar with, the chakras, to lend further understanding of how this healing system operates. You will receive a manual when we meet in person and I have provided you with a PDF version of that same manual. You can print it if you choose... but know that I will be giving you a hard copy at your first scheduled class. That all being said let's get to our first lesson!
